Registrations for french residents:
Registrations under training agreement must be exclusively processed online on eche-paris2023.com and are reserved to professionals practicing in France. No paper registration will be accepted.

How to register for the conference:
- THE TRAINING DEPARTMENT registers its agent online (the participant’s e-mail address must be filled in during this step).
- EUROPA GROUP sends you a training agreement by e-mail.
- The TRAINING DEPARTMENT electronically signs the training agreement.
- The PARTICIPANT receives a confirmation of registration.

Payment methods
Registrations must be paid:
- By bank transfer (contact details provided during the registration procedure)
- By Visa or Mastercard
After June 7, 2023, no transfer payments will be accepted. Only credit cards will be accepted until the beginning of the congress.
Cancellation policy

Prices are calculated based on taxes and VAT rates in force. Cancellations must be sent to Europa Organisation by e-mail or post (postmark as proof).
Individual registration
Cancellation until February 8th, 2023:
Registration fees will be refunded minus 35€ VAT included administrative fees.
Cancellation between February 9th and April 25th (included):
50% of registration fees will be refunded minus 35€ VAT included administrative fees.
Cancellation from April 26th:
No refund.
Registration under training agreement
Cancellation until April 25th, 2023:
35€ VAT included administrative fees will be charged.
Cancellation from April 26th:
The total amount of the registration fees will be charged after the congress.
Any no-show will be fully charged after the congress.
Refunds will be issued according to your method of payment:
- by credit card, if you paid by credit card,
- by bank transfer, if you paid by bank transfer.
